This increaces jobs and saves money. Cutting taxes does only so little compared to cutting small business taxes and goverment taxes for larger companies… so they wouldn´t have to outsource their workforce.

But there are two other ways of doing it: put the net of tax wage on the axis, and shift the demand curve; put the gross of tax wage on the axis, and shift the supply curve. All 3 methods are equivalent. PK was (presumably) thinking in terms of the 3rd method.
