It’s time to make a big change before it’s to late.

The real estate business has progressed a lot. AS a side effect, the people may suffer to buy properties.so,it is a good idea to invest some amount for that purpose.I would like to take ‘residential investment’.

“As commented at previous article, the problem is politics and politicians”

Those punks 😉

In this case I think that it is the description of the situation that is really mincing things up – if it turns out that the gap really is in the housing market, and we can describe that to people, I’m sure that we can get political “buy in” … or some such management talk

“that is, it’s made perfect sense to buy more in a time when the relative price of consumption has been falling.”

I agree 100%. I mean, nominal consumption as a % of GDP is below average, not above after all.

As commented at previous article, the problem is politics and politicians, not the economic rationality of individual decision making.

That is included in the GDP measure of consumption: “imputed rent on owner-occupied dwellings” or something similar. Even with that, it’s hard to argue the need for a relative decline in consumption in nominal terms – that is, it’s made perfect sense to buy more in a time when the relative price of consumption has been falling.
