National will do whatever it takes to shovel money into the pockets of their private backers on the now demonstrably unfounded presumption that this will be more efficient (effective is another thing entirely, and not relevant…as we will see).
Expect nothing else and you own’t be disappointed.

Huh? I’m sure that both parties push funds towards the groups they are comfortable with – but I’m not sure if that’s the motivation that the National party had for getting into parliament.
If they do say they are going to make a death star I will revise my opinion
